An essential patch while waiting for better

The government announced the evolution of the grid for grades B1 and B2 at a pay conference on June 28. UNSA Public Service asked for this essential measure.
However, it anticipates many more promising prospects for this core segment.
According to the announcement made on June 28 during the salary conference, this change should take effect September 1, 2022 for States parties and will be extended to regional and hospital sides.
The UNSA civil service demands an overhaul of the B category gridwhose first level indicators are now regularly offset by the minimum wage index and the level of the SMIC.
Early careers are now under threat of almost linear progression in terms of index and category C agents have suffered an unacceptable fate in this region (currently 9 years at the lowest index of 1st grade!).
he Hence a complete review of index level and B category phase duration is required to revive the carrier. And respond to the challenge of attractiveness. For UNSA, it is about honoring the daily commitment of Category B Corps agents, Cogs necessary for the functioning of public administration and services.

Note: For all grades, the monthly gross is calculated from the index point value, taking into account the 3.5% revaluation announced on 1 July.
Grade B1 – From July 1, 2022 for the first four steps and from September 1, 2022
For the first four phases, the phase duration is reduced by one year. The tenure goes from 30 years to 26 years. The first four levels of indicators are reevaluated.

For the first two levels, the salary for July and August 2022 will be the minimum salary in index 352, i.e. €1,707.71.

The first layer is removed. 2m Steps are evaluated by one point. Step duration for 2m and 3m Step two is reduced to one year. The tenure goes from 30 years to 26 years.
