Infrastructure Security Systems: What Developments and Future Obligations?

Serema invites you to participate in a webinar on infrastructure security practices.

In the context of the revision, in 2019, of the European Directive 2008/96/EC on road infrastructure safety management, this webinar will be an opportunity to address through theoretical presentations and feedback:

• Ensuring procedures (safety of existing road users);
• ISRI Procedure (Route Road Safety Inspection);
• security audit procedures;
• EISR methodology (Assessment of Impact on Road Safety);
• A more transversal and thematic approach, such as the treatment of lateral barriers, is not concerned by the revised Directive of 2008, but which complements a road safety approach oriented towards infrastructure.
• Response to amendments to European Directive 2008/96/EC amended on these procedures.

Road or road safety actors, we invite you to discuss these issues.

It should be noted that the procedures provided by this revised 2008 Directive will apply to road sections of the National Road Network which will be transferred to certain local authorities following the 3DS Act, where applicable.
